Whether you’re recovering from an illness or injury or you want to age youthfully, we’re here to help you meet your fitness goals. Our online sessions help you access fitness and nutritional support no matter where you are. 

ONLINE FITNESS COACHING SESSIONS FOR 50+

Your fitness coach will provide guidance, some flexibility, and realistic challenges during your training sessions. You can choose from individual or group fitness sessions in real time on Zoom. 

  • Individual training sessions benefit people who are new to fitness training or who have specific medical issues. Private sessions are an excellent option for beginners until they become more familiar with the movements.
  • Semi-private training sessions combine the social support of one other workout partner with individual attention from a coach. Commit to exercising with your partner, family member or friend online. 
  • Small group fitness sessions provide a sense of support from others. Modifications for specific levels of strength and flexibility are provided for individuals in the group.

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS

Nutritional consultations are available in addition to workouts. We educate you on healthy dietary choices since eating healthier food fuels your body and encourages you to make better lifestyle choices.

Nadia is certified to provide both nutritional consults and fitness training.

IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH WITH REGULAR COACHING

For people new to working out, it takes a few months to feel concrete changes, such as a noticeable strength increase. However, some people experience higher energy levels and better sleep almost immediately.

For that reason, we suggest starting with a 3-month contract that will get you started. It takes time to make fitness a natural and permanent part of your life. Contracts are usually structured for three months, six months or a full year.
